RETURNS AND REFUND

At David’s Cellars, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality alcohol products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
We recognise your rights under the Australian Consumer Law which states ‘you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'
The best way to exercise your rights to a refund is to find your local David’s Cellars store and a member will immediately organise the payment. If you are unable to come to one of our locations please contact us by phone on (02) 8095 8393 or through email at orders@davidscellars.com
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that you have purchased from us, or if it has been damaged during transit, we will gladly offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date.
The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and undamaged.
A proof of purchase must be provided.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If it does, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within a few days.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or consumed, unless they are defective or damaged.
